How to Book an Appointment

Booking an appointment on our website is easy. Please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Choose a Date

Select your preferred date from the calendar.

Appointments are available from Thursday to Sunday only.

Step 2: Select the Day

Once you choose a date, the system will automatically identify the day of the week (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).

Step 3: Choose Appointment Category

Select the type of appointment you would like to book, such as:

• Apiary Visit
• Beekeeping Training
• Consultation

Step 4: Select a Time

Available time slots will be shown based on the day you selected:

• Thursday & Friday: 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Sunday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Only available time slots will appear — if a time is not shown, it is already fully booked.

Step 5: Enter Your Details

Fill in your name, phone number, email, and any additional information required, then submit your booking.

Step 6: Confirmation

After submitting:

• You will receive a booking confirmation message/email
• Our team may contact you to confirm final details if needed

Important Notes

• All visits are guided
• Appointments are subject to weather and safety conditions
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes early
• For group visits, kindly indicate the number of visitors
